Before production begins, customers are requested to carefully review the approved sample for design, dimensions, colours, content, spelling and grammar, images, contact information, logo placement, quantity and overall layout.
Once written approval is received, the sample will be treated as the final approved artwork. Approval confirms that all details have been verified by the customer. RV Printing Hub shall not be responsible for errors that were present in the approved artwork.
Any modifications requested after approval may require re-design charges, re-printing charges, or revised delivery timelines.

Your Sales Executive will always inform you of applicable charges before proceeding.
Once production has commenced, changes requested by the customer may result in additional charges, production delays, revised delivery dates, or partial or complete reprinting costs.
RV Printing Hub reserves the right to revise the quotation where additional work becomes necessary.
Our Sales and Customer Support teams are committed to providing the best possible service. However, they are required to operate within company policies and cannot make exceptions without management approval.

While the quoted price may remain unchanged in many cases, RV Printing Hub reserves the right to revise pricing or delivery timelines based on current production conditions. A quotation does not reserve a production slot.

Orders may be cancelled only before production has commenced. Once production, designing, sampling, or material procurement has begun, cancellation charges may apply.
If production has substantially progressed, cancellation may not be possible. Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting costs already incurred.
By confirming an order, making payment, approving artwork, or requesting production, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
