How to send your design

A print-ready file means a faster quote, no extra charges, and crisp results. Here's exactly what we need — and what to do if you're not sure.

Send your file over WhatsApp or with your quote request. If it's ready to print, we print it as-is at no extra charge. If it needs a little work, we'll always tell you first.

File format
PDF (best), AI, CDR, PSD, or high-resolution JPG / PNG.
Resolution
300 DPI or higher, so your print stays sharp.
Colour mode
CMYK for accurate print colours (screens use RGB).
Bleed & margin
Add 3–5 mm bleed, and keep important text a little inside the edge.
Fonts
Outline or embed your fonts, or send the font file along.

⚠️ A note on AI-generated images

Images created in ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI tools usually look great on screen, but they are almost always low-resolution and not print-ready — so they can't be printed as they are. Our designers can spot this at a glance and will rework or recreate the artwork so it prints sharply. This is design work, charged at ₹800 / hour, and we always confirm the cost with you before starting.

Design work is charged at ₹800 per hour, always agreed with you before we begin. If your file is already print-ready, there's no design charge at all.
